Thirty plus years of legal and private equity experience. Mr. Parrott's expertise is in law, due diligence and transaction structuring. He joined Cheyenne Capital in 2003.
Prior to joining Cheyenne Capital, Mr. Parrott was a Chief Deputy District Attorney in charge of the Economic Crime Unit of the Denver District Attorney's office for ten years. He was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, Montgomery, Little, Young, Campbell & McGrew, Counsel of residential operations of Trammel Crow Co., and Counsel to the Corporate Trust Operations of Norwest Bank of Colorado (now Wells Fargo West). Mr. Parrott's legal experience includes private equity funds, acquisitions, financing, commercial transactions, real estate, white collar crime prosecution, defense and prevention and bankruptcy.
Mr. Parrott served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Enterprise Fund, a community development financing agency, for 13 years.
Mr. Parrott received a B.A. from Colorado State University, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado.
